Important

Please make sure that your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for items not received as a result of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items returned due to an incorrect shipping address will be resent upon receipt, but will require an additional shipping fee.

Regarding Lost Packages: In the unfortunate event of a lost package during transit, we will make every effort to help you. However, once proof of delivery is generated, we are no longer liable for the package.

Returns

Of course Colette hopes you are happy with your purchase. If your order is not what you expected and you’d like to return it, this is how:

  • The items should be in perfect, unworn condition & in the original packaging.

  • If any protective material was used on the item, please reapply it.

  • Send an email to hi@houseofcolette.com to receive further return instructions

  • Please note custom made items and art prints cannot be returned

Please note: you will need to pay to send the goods to us and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage – if the product gets lost this is not our responsibility. 

Please note that if you don’t send and email to inform us about your return and we receive the goods after 14 days, we cannot accept the return.

If an item is custom made for you, it is not possible to return the items. This includes all art prints (as they’re made to order), custom made jewellery and custom made jewellery boxes.

Wrong, damaged or faulty item

If you receive a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please let us know by sending an email to hi@houseofcolette.com. We will send you an already paid for return label.
